Charges for the 26 Seater Tempo Traveller
Our charges are garage-to-garage basis. The total cost will include the journey from our garage to your pick-up point and the return from your drop-off point to the garage. In long family trips, the tempo traveler is an excellently planned all-around fabricated vehicle.
- The minimum billing is for 8hrs 80kms slab
- Extra hour/km charges will be applicable for Luxury Travellers
- Outstation trips cost an extra K.M. rate for the car
- Minimum billing of 250 km per day
- Chauffeur Outstation Charges
- Night Retention Charges
Additional Charges for the Tempo Traveller Rental
There is an additional charge, such as the Outstation Chauffeur Retention charge. It is dependent on the vehicle segment. The user must confirm before booking. The traveler is also expected to additionally pay for the following:
- State Entry Permits
- Parking Fee
- Toll Taxes
- Service Tax at 6% on gross rental charges
The company is not entitled to a concessional rate as per the Service Tax Rule. There is also a Gross Rental Charge. The GRC includes all the components of the car rental invoice such as the following:
- Parking
- Interstate Tax
- All other Charges in Invoice
If there is a claim for a concessional service tax charge in the invoice, then it stands canceled. We provide services covering section 194C where TDS is applicable at 2%. The charges for kilometers & hours will start & finish at the rental location from garage to garage. The standard calculation is 30 minutes from the Garage to the pick-up location as well as half an hour from the drop-off location to the garage.
